Character: It is characterized by accentuated colors, red heartwood, knots and a vivid texture.

Knots: Healthy knots up to a diameter of 20 mm or fallen-out knots up to a diameter of 10 mm are permitted, 2 per stripe.

Red heartwood: Permissible, up to the 2/3 of the stripe.
